Oliver Chase Marten

HEY, Y’ALL!

I’m Oliver (he/they). I recently graduated from The University of the Arts with my BFA in Acting. I have had a wonderful time enriching my education in Philly and truly fell in love with Shakespeare and classic texts. I also have done several original works, which have been absolutely thrilling.

I am an actor and a dancer who strives to tell the story of those under-represented via the classics through a new lens. I hope to bring excitement and joy to older texts for a newer generation in the greater Philadelphia area by being in European and American classics as a mixed-race, queer man.

Additionally, I love to teach! I’ve always wanted to be a teacher, and since finishing my undergraduate studies, I have taught theatre in Philly! :)
